Orders and Shipping
At most we provide a 7 day Working Day Delivery on items not in stock. Normally for the UK depending on the delivery option chosen
- Select My Account at the top of the page.
- Enter a valid email address in the register box. Then Click Register
- A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address
- Click on that link then add a new memorable password
- Log in to your account on the store.
- Go to the My Account page.
- Click on the Addresses menu item.
- Click the Edit link next to the shipping address.
- Enter the new address details and click Save Address.
- On the checkout page, look for the option to Ship to a different address?.
- Check the box and enter the new shipping address.
- Ensure your billing address is correct, as the shipping address can be different.
Yes, our website includes functionality for order tracking, allowing customers to enter their Order ID to check the status of their delivery.
We do not store or keep any of your credit or debit card details on our website. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers using encrypted technology to protect your information. Your financial details remain private and are never saved on our servers.
Currently we do not charge sales tax. When we do you will be informed at checkout
We currently ship to Spain, United Kingdom and the USA
All orders are shipped in one package, wherever possible
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not be damaged or soiled.
- Please
note: USB Sticks, Retro Gaming Systems cannot be returned as we have had experience with customers copying the files then returning.

your request, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us

Once we receive the returned item, a full refund (including standard delivery costs) will be issued within 14 days.
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Take Photos: Photograph the item you received, the shipping label, and the packaging, especially if it appears tampered with.
- Gather Proof: Locate your order confirmation email, receipt, and bank statement.
- Do Not Use the Item: Using the incorrect item may make it harder to return.
- Formally Notify Us : Send an email
- State the Issue Clearly: State that you ordered Item A but received Item B.
- Refuned or Exchange : We can then issue either an exchange or a refund
If your order arrived damaged, immediately document it with photos of the item and packaging. Contact Toxic Tshirts directly for a refund, replacement, or repair.

Immediately contact customer service to request an address update before shipping. If already shipped, contact the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail) to request a package intercept, redirection, or hold for pickup. If delivered to the wrong address, try visiting the location or notify the us.
